Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 40160 platform available on this website, you expressly agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 40160 platform.
The 40160 platform is an online entertainment service intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above who are residents of Malaysia. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that you are using this platform in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. 40160 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials. You are accountable for all activity carried out through your account, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify the 40160 support team immediately.
Users agree not to use the 40160 platform for any of the following purposes:
- Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to manipulate the platform or game outcomes
- Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account
- Sending obscene, threatening, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfering with its technical operations
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the 40160 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring they understand the value of each transaction in MYR before confirming any deposit or withdrawal.
Deposits can be made via local payment methods supported by the platform, including online banking through FPX and approved digital wallets. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same user's name — third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in the transaction being frozen.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to applicable limits and conditions. 40160 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding the set limits. All transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except in circumstances agreed to in writing by the platform.

40160 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if the user is found to have breached any terms set out in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, manipulated the system, or made deposits using unauthorised methods. Any balance held in an account suspended for a terms violation may be subject to forfeiture, pending an investigation conducted by the platform.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 40160 support team through official channels. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the platform's standard procedures, subject to identity verification and fulfilment of minimum withdrawal requirements. Account closure requests cannot be reversed once processed.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Platform Content
All content on the 40160 platform, including but not limited to interface design, logos, text, images, software code, and graphic materials, is the exclusive property of 40160 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any such content for any purpose without prior written consent from 40160.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
40160 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to individual users. Updated terms will be published on this page along with the new effective date. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms governing use of the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. Should negotiations fail, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
